Makes 8 bars
Meals
200g rolled oats
100g flaked almonds
150g strawberries
70g gluten unfastened and wheat loose flour
1 egg
100g runny honey
Approach
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Placed baking paper within the tin to prevent the bars from sticking to it.
3. Combine all in bowl and pour into baking tray.
4. Press down and bake for 25 mins.
